About TPESC

TPESC provides assistance and support to Texas public and charter schools and some support to private schools within Texas:

• in meeting the requirements for participation in the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Services Administrative Company, better known as E-Rate,
• in meeting the requirements for the Title II, Part D Enhancing Education Through Technology Program of No Child Left Behind (NCLB),
• in submission of technology plans, the technology plan process, including peer review and administration of the Texas e-Plan system, and
• in completion of the Texas STaR Chart and Texas Teacher STaR Chart
